AI-enabled UX consulting for enterprise product teams — eighteen years scaling design across gaming, SaaS, and digital platforms.

Enterprise design & AI services
Who I work with

Enterprise product teams that need design at scale.

The engagements I take on share a common shape — complex product portfolios, distributed design teams, or the moment when a company decides accessibility and consistency stop being optional.

01

Design leaders scaling teams

VPs of Design and Heads of UX inheriting or growing multi-product design organizations.

02

Product teams building systems

Companies replacing fragmented UI patterns with governed design platforms and tokens.

03

Teams adopting AI in design

Design orgs figuring out where Claude, Cursor, and Figma AI actually fit their workflow.

04

Companies pursuing WCAG

Teams making accessibility a governed discipline instead of a last-minute audit.

Services

Six engagements. All of them focused on scale.

Each engagement is scoped around a specific outcome — not billable hours. Fixed price, defined deliverables, honest timelines.

01

WCAG 2.2 Accessibility Audits & Governance

Component-level audits, review gates, and enablement to move accessibility from reactive fixes to governed practice. Delivers a scored baseline, a remediation roadmap, and the framework to sustain it.

4-8 weeksFixed priceAudit + framework
02

Enterprise Design System Setup & Governance

Design tokens, component libraries, contribution models, and Storybook integration for organizations replacing fragmented UI with a shared design platform.

8-16 weeksFixed pricePlatform + governance
03

AI-Enabled Design Workflow Adoption

Practical AI integration for design teams — Claude for research, Cursor for production code, Figma AI for design acceleration. Includes workshops, workflow templates, and governance guardrails.

2-6 weeksWorkshop + adoption
04

DesignOps & Team Development

Rituals, review processes, career paths, and growth systems for design managers building high-performing distributed teams.

3-8 weeksOngoing coaching
05

Enterprise UX Audits & Strategy

Full-portfolio UX audits with prioritized recommendations. Grounded in Nielsen's heuristics, WCAG, and information architecture principles.

4-8 weeksFixed priceAudit + roadmap
06

0→1 MVP Design Strategy

Rapid product design from problem framing through validated MVP — using AI-assisted workflows for prototyping and validation. Ideal for early-stage teams preparing to raise or launch.

4-6 weeksFixed priceMVP + validation
My approach

Six steps. No fluff. Every engagement follows the same shape.

Consulting fails when the deliverable doesn't stick. This process is designed for outcomes that outlive the engagement.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Understand the problem, the team, and the constraints. Interview stakeholders, review the current state, and align on what "done" actually looks like before any work begins.

  2. 02

    Audit

Analyze the current state against benchmarks — WCAG for accessibility, Nielsen's heuristics for UX, systems maturity for design platforms. Deliver a scored, prioritized baseline.

  3. 03

    Strategy

Define the approach, roadmap, and success metrics. Every strategy comes with a governance model — because a strategy nobody enforces is a document nobody reads.

  4. 04

    Design

Prototype, iterate, and validate with real users. AI-assisted workflows accelerate research synthesis, layout exploration, and prototype delivery — without sacrificing craft.

  5. 05

    Validation

Test, measure, and refine. Every deliverable is validated against the success metrics we defined in strategy — no vanity metrics.

  6. 06

    Delivery & Enablement

Ship, document, and enable. The engagement ends with your team owning what we built — not with a consultant becoming a permanent dependency.

About

Eighteen years in design. Fourteen inside one continuous gaming ecosystem.

Enterprise design isn't the screen in front of you. It's the twenty other screens it needs to agree with, the standards those screens follow, and the team keeping the standards.

I've spent my career on those quieter parts — the tokens, the governance, the reviews — because that's where the compounding returns of scale actually come from.
